Stream (formerly Wagestream) is open to Hourly paid team members access to your pay early.
You are not automatically enrolled, they must register via the emails sent.
You can
- draw down up to 30% of earned wages at a cost of £1.75 per transaction.
- Draw down up to 3 times per pay period.
When you receive your standard pay, the amount that has been drawn down (plus fee) is automatically taken out of your Net Pay.
It takes up to 72 hours for your account to be active when you first register. If you think you will need it, register early so it is accessible.
You will only be able to draw down money from a shift if the day has been completed on Fourth, this is done by ticking the box at the top of the day in LPM once it is correct.
The app will tell you how much you have available at any point to drawdown based on the shifts confirmed on Fourth.
No one at site can see who has accessed Stream, only HR/Payroll can check usage.
Stream have their own support which is accessed through the app.
