Policy Overview
We operate many different Stonegate businesses and encourage you to visit our managed sites as a valued guest and benefit from discounts and MiXR points. This policy explains the rules for using your Reward Card and MiXR app.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Colleagues: Use your rewards and collect MiXR points in line with the rules.
- Line Manager: Ensure awareness of rules and take action if breached.
- Fraud Team / Audit: Review usage and address misuse.
- Stonegate Support: Available for MiXR and Reward Card queries.
Definitions
- Reward Card: A digital card in the MiXR app for Stonegate colleagues to access discounts.
- MiXR: An app for colleagues and guests to collect points, access offers, and make bookings.
Reward Card Benefits
- 25% discount on food and drink across managed businesses for you and your party.
- Free door entry for the registered user.
- VIP queue access (email site in advance).
- Invite unlimited guests.
- Enhanced discounts for long service:
- 5 years: 40% off for one month.
- 10 years: 50% off for one month.
The Rules
- Present your QR code on MiXR at purchase.
- QR code is non-transferable and must show live date/time.
- Discount cannot be used:
- With other offers or promotions.
- With e-gift cards (cannot buy or redeem).
- For expenses claims or accommodation.
- Only applies in managed pubs and bars (not Craft Union or leased sites).
- One MiXR account per person.
- Use discount when off shift or on authorised breaks.
- Do not use discount or earn points while working.
- Misuse will result in disciplinary action.
MiXR App
MiXR allows guests and colleagues (when visiting as guests) to make bookings, collect points, and access rewards.
The Rules
- Use MiXR only as a guest, not while working.
- Cannot purchase e-gift cards with MiXR points.
- Points must come from your own purchases.
- No points for expense-claimed purchases.
- One MiXR account per person.
- Misuse will result in disciplinary action.
Non-Compliance
Any misuse of the Reward Card or MiXR points will result in disciplinary action.
Leaving Stonegate
- Your Reward Card will be removed from MiXR.
- Your MiXR account remains active for 3 months to redeem points.
- You can convert to a regular MiXR account within 3 months or points will be lost.
