If you have one or more taxable benefits, your P11D will be available on the Fourth app in July each year for the previous tax year.
Login to Fourth fourth.com and select Employee Self-Service> My Documents> Important and search by date "All" - as it will default to last 3 months.
Your P11D for the relevant year will be shown.
